Someone's

I see a light
It says someone's name
And someone's face

Inside I see a stage
Someone's standing there
Rapping with their hell of a voice

I open my pamphlet
And I see someone's life
Written in beautiful calligraphy

In between those lines
I see a no one with nothing
And there she goes flipping through the pages

"Trying to reach the sky
But she has no wings
Trying to touch the bottom of the sea
Yet she has no fins
Trying to live a life
And there she is standing still"

... reads the pages

And on and on it goes
While the rapper
And the calligrapher
Have all moved to another show

With an empty stage
And a pair of ocean blue eyes
I keep on reading

... and reading...
