A Big Box

So hard to find
A big box so invisible, so visible

So hard to push
A big box so heavy, so steady

So hard to give
A big box so discrete, so vulgar

Seek where it's most clear
Push where it's most vulnerable
Give where it's most needed
For a big box doesn't come from scratch
It comes from scars
For a big box doesn't come from strings
It comes from attachments

"Yes"

Caught off guard
Should I say, "yes"?

Caught crying
Should I say, "yes"?

Caught writing
Should I say, "yes"?

Caught off guard
Should I say. "yes, I'm falling.
I seek a handle, yet none is in reach."
"Yes, I'm in silence. Dreadful silence.
I seek for a speaker, yet none is functional."
"Yes, I'm in pain.
I seek for a medicine, yet none is edible."
"Yes, I'm lonely.
I seek for company, yet I know none is available.
For I know a company is too expensive
When all I can offer is memories.
Hideous memories."

How to Stop

How to stop
A hand to reach out
When you know it's right in front of you?

How to stop
A voice to scream
When you know it's in reach?

How to stop
A heart to feel
When you know it's only true?

How to stop
These fingers to type
When you know they're only tools
That knows no lies
That knows no hiding
That knows not
How to stop
Telling what's moving them?

Lone, Innocent Companies

As we all know
Rays of light fade

As we all know
Strings of voices drift

As we all know
Shades of colors go

As we all know
Pages of feelings stays

Apart from reality
Apart from all memories
They stay behind
Wishing they have not been there
Wishing they have never been found
Yet they stay behind..
Keeping us company
With their lone
Innocent selves..
